CYCLE FAQS:

I’m new to indoor cycling, do you offer a beginners class?

All of our Cycle 45 classes are open to all levels. Instructors offer modifications and alternatives and each rider is able to modify the intensity by applying appropriate resistance to their bikes..

What kind of clips do your bikes take?

Our clips are double-sided and they accommodate both LOOK Delta + SPD clips.

What should I expect?

Loud music, low lighting, collective movement – come as you are.

Can I ride if I’m pregnant?

We have had many women ride with us all the way through their due date but we encourage you to check with your doctor before signing up for a Cycle45 class.

What should I wear?

An athletic top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom. Be sure to bring your socks and if you don’t have cycling shoes, no worries – we rent them for $3.

TRAIN FAQS:

What if I have never used a Concept2 Rower before?

Be sure you are fueled and hydrated to last you 45 minutes. We recommend eating a light snack and drinking plenty of water prior to your Class.

The website had me sign up on something called F4, what does that mean?

Train is divided into 3 stations. C for Cardio. F for Floor. S for Strength. Within each station there are 6 spots. So F4 would you mean you are on spot 4 within the Floor station.

I’ve been injured in the past and am intimidated to get back into high intensity work.

We require our instructors to obtain and maintain their Certified Personal Training (CPT) certification or greater which means they are well equipped in assisting you back into your workout routine.

Do you offer one-on-one personal training?

We do not offer Personal Training on our schedule but our instructors are Certified Personal Trainers so inquire with them directly.

What type of treadmills do you use?

What if I don’t want to do the treadmill portion, can I do two floor workouts?

During this time we ask that you give the treadmill a try. With our progressive programming and monthly benchmarks, we promise it will be worth your while.

What makes you different than the other treadmill classes in Dallas?

We are setting you up for success and athletic progression from the beginning with monthly benchmarks and strategic programming. Depending on the month, we will focus on developing your endurance, speed, strength, and more.

SCULPT FAQS:

What if I don’t have a mat, mat towel or ankle weights?

It is not required to bring your own but encouraged. All are available for rent at the studio. Ankle weights are optional during class.

What should I expect?

Loud music, low lighting, heated room and a full body workout.

What makes this Sculpt format different?

We’ve taken the energy of our Cycle room and channeled it into a muscle sculpting mat-based format. Come open and ready to experience something new.
