A fusion of heat, rhythm, power, and release. SCULPT is a mat-based format pairing bursts of cardio with dynamic muscle targeting through light weights and high reps. After 45 minutes sweat will be dripping and your heart racing. Your stamina will be tested and your flexibility confronted. Stay open to what’s coming, tear down your expectations, and trust in the process that your instructor is leading you through. Every extra rep, every burning muscle, every doubt surpassed, proves itself imperative when that last song ends and you lay heavy on your mat.

What if I don’t have a mat, mat towel or ankle weights?

It is not required to bring your own but encouraged. All are available for rent at the studio. Ankle weights are optional during class.

What should I expect?

Loud music, low lighting, heated room and a full body workout.

What makes this Sculpt format different?

We’ve taken the energy of our Cycle room and channeled it into a muscle sculpting mat-based format. Come open and ready to experience something new.

WHAT TO BRING:

Your mat, mat towel, water, ankle weights, class will be barefoot.

Waitlisted class

If a Class is full, hop on our waitlist! As spots open up throughout the week, you will automatically get added in to Class and be notified via email. The same cancellation policy applies to the waitlist, so you must remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance if you can no longer make it to that Class to

Cancelling Class

We get it – plans change and things come up. You can cancel any Class online or by calling our studio up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within the 12-hour cancellation window, you will lose that Class credit and monthly members will be charged a $25 latecancel fee.
