Be sure you are fueled and hydrated to last you 45 minutes. We recommend eating a light snack and drinking plenty of water prior to your Class.
Train is divided into 3 stations. C for Cardio. F for Floor. S for Strength. Within each station there are 6 spots. So F4 would you mean you are on spot 4 within the Floor station.
We require our instructors to obtain and maintain their Certified Personal Training (CPT) certification or greater which means they are well equipped in assisting you back into your workout routine.
We do not offer Personal Training on our schedule but our instructors are Certified Personal Trainers so inquire with them directly.

If a Class is full, hop on our waitlist! As spots open up throughout the week, you will automatically get added into Class and be notified via email. The same cancellation policy applies to the waitlist, so you must remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance if you can no longer make it to that Class to avoid being charged a late cancellation fee. Standby clients are always welcome for any waitlisted Class. Unclaimed spots will be given away 5 minutes prior to the start of Class.
We get it – plans change and things come up. You can cancel any Class online or by calling our studio up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within the 12-hour cancellation window, you will lose that Class credit and monthly members will be charged a $25 latecancel fee.
